Description: Employers are often confused by Federal and State Wage and Hour Laws regarding who is paid overtime, how telework fits in now that we are dealing with COVID quarantines and classroom closures, if employees are required to be paid for training if you pay for the class fee, and if and when employees are required to be given paid/unpaid breaks and lunch.
