We will consult with you and tailor the agenda to concentrate on your Agency’s interests and needs. The focus can be on building a successful management team, communication skills, stress reduction, staff trust building, and principles of establishing and attaining goals.
Generally the seminar takes place at a conference center outside of your agency. It can involve your senior management team, key personnel, board members, policy council members or your entire staff.
