\u00a0\u00a0 We have included Seminar Descriptions for each of the workshops we present. The workshops can be tailored to meet your specific needs and some of our lectures can be combined to afford your staff a comprehensive approach to the topics. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 In addition to our workshops we are available for reviewing and writing Personnel Policy Manuals, Parent Handbooks, Personnel and Parent Orientations, and participation in Job Analysis to assure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 We hope you will take an opportunity to review information on the resource materials we have available. Our publications, Current Issues in Child Care, Model Personnel Policy Manual for Child Care Agencies, and National Child Care Bulletin<\/em><\/strong> are necessary additions to any program\u2019s resource library. Additionally, our audiotape training series, Current Issues in Child Care: The Audio Series<\/em><\/strong>, is a remarkable training product, which will benefit all of your staff. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 We are also available to facilitate the Long Range Strategic Planning process in your organization. We will work closely with your Board and staff to develop a plan and timeline for implementation in your program. This is formatted as a two and one half day seminar. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 Additionally, we can design a 1, 2, or 3-day retreat program. We will work with you to successfully create a retreat to meet your specific corporate and\/or team needs. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 We welcome the opportunity to present to your organization. Audience size is up to you. We work with and represent family childcare providers with a 3 person staff, as easily as, conference with hundreds of participants. Our fees are affordable for any size budget. <\/span><\/p>\n
